Sheri Fisher

Sheri Fisher, M.A., E-RYT® 200 has been teaching yoga since 2010. She is a coach of coaches, both in yoga and in the wider fitness world. Root To Rise is the program she wished she'd had early in her yoga teaching journey.

Sheri Fisher has a M.A. in Transpersonal (Spiritual) Psychology from Atlantic University and a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Colorado State University. Sheri completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2010 and has been practicing, teaching, and studying yoga ever since. Sheri is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT® 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). She completed the Budokon Yoga Certification in 2014, and has taken numerous yoga classes, trainings and workshops.

Previously Sheri has been in the fitness industry in management and as a fitness instructor since 1994. In addition to her yoga certification, Sheri was certified in group aerobics, indoor cycling, TRX, and as a personal trainer. In 2007, Sheri completed her life coaching training through Coaches Training Institute and now owns her own business, Living On Purpose. Sheri is an author whose articles have been published in GV Magazine (Grand Valley Magazine on Colorado’s Western Slope), and as a weekly columnist in The Grand Junction Daily Sentinel, The Grand Junction Free Press, and the Vail Daily for more than three years.

Lori Holden

Lori Holden, M.A., has been practicing yoga since 2007 and is a connoisseur of truly inspiring yoga teachers.

Lori heeds its principles in parenting her two young adults (one with special needs), a challenge that requires balance, flexibility, strength, and stability. In addition to being a beloved social studies teacher, Lori is also the author of the highly-acclaimed book, The Open-Hearted Way to Open Adoption (Rowman & Littlefield, 2013), on required reading lists at adoption agencies around the country.

As the blogger behind the award-winning LavenderLuz.com and the podcast behind Adoption: The Long View, Lori has built quite a reach with her various social media platforms, being a brand ambassador for prAna and other organizations. Lori has written for a wide variety of publications like Parenting magazine, Kaiser Permanente, and the Huffington Post. She’s a sought-after speaker, workshop presenter, and radio/podcast contributor.
